Chlorine Stabilizer

Also known as a pool conditioner or a pool stabilizer, the chlorine stabilizer is a chemical additive that comes in either liquid or granules form. When added in the water, it basically creates what’s known as a stabilized chlorine which sanitizes the water by helping your chlorine stay in it for longer. Without it, ultraviolet (UV) rays would break apart the chlorite ions, allowing the chlorine to evaporate into air.
